- Job Scheduling
- Develop Vendor Relationships
- Joint Sales Calls with Outside Salespeople
No development plan will be exactly the same for any of our trainees. Time spent in each phase may vary depending upon your skills, experience, and needs of the business. One thing that remains consistent is that you will be given every opportunity to meet and exceed your own expectations along the way!
During the final phase, there will be an in-depth career discussion with your Profit Center Manager (PCM) to determine if you are interested in pursuing a career in Sales or Operations. We provide the freedom to live into your dream by matching your passion, skill set, and long-term goals with the needs of our business.
